RSVP
RSVP is our flagship product. In truth, there are different
variants of RSVP, one for Manufacturers, another Merchandising Companies, and yet another "flavor" that contains an adavanced order entry system. In
fact, each client gets their own version, custom engineered as a "best fit solution". But all of these variants share the same, solid core we call RSVP.
At TSST, we do not believe in a one solution fits all scenario. We also do not believe we have every feature that you want. It's just not possible, without walking
in your shoes. Any solution that claims to satisfy all your needs, well...let's just say you should take that claim with a grain of salt. This is why we will walk with
you closely during your first ninety (90) days using RSVP. Even after the 90 day settling in period, we will be there to answer any questions and render assistance if
necessary.

Flexibility
TSST will modify our payroll export process to be compatible with your existing payroll software,
if possible. We allow you to download export data via RSVP, automatic emails, or automatic FTP transfers. We can also integrate with any other software package that
accepts data exported from other applications, just supply us the formatting information. Need a feature we have not thought of? Ask us. If it fits within the purpose of RSVP,
we will most likely be happy to add it for you. In the rare case you need to add something to RSVP that requires months of extensive programming, we will negotiate either a flat
fee price or an increase in monthly rate.
