RSVP (Remote Service Verification Program)
TSST offers access to RSVP via the "Software As A Service (SAAS)" model. This means that we provide the hardware, Internet bandwidth, system management, and RSVP software.
All you provide is your Internet Explorer browser which is automatically installed on every computer running on Microsoft Windows.
Then you rent the software on a monthly basis, as opposed to paying a large lump
sum, as with standard "shrink wrap" solutions.
During our setup and installation phase, we will work very closely with you to ensure that the software is tailored specifically to your needs. Your logo will appear screens and reports.
We will also work with you to provide reports in the HTML, PDF, and/or Microsoft Excel ® formats that satisfy your needs. We realize that it takes a little time to work with a product
to discover its shortcomings. We will modify the system as necessary at no charge during your first 90 days of use (within the stated purpose of RSVP).
If you have an Internet Domain of your own (YourCompany.Com), we can set up your version of RSVP to run as though it is on your webserver
(ie. reps can access http://rsvp.yourcompany.com to use your version of RSVP).
We can also provide access to it using our own domain if you desire (yourcompany.soleburysoftware.com for example). We are flexible, as we should be. With TSST, you are not simply a customer.
